Thank you for choosing The Bridal Run. We pride ourselves in the quality of our products and exceptional customer service.
Although The Bridal Run takes every step necessary to assure accurate representation of items displayed online, the colors of fabrics ordered through our website cannot be guaranteed by The Bridal Run due to color variances beyond our control, such as variances in monitor color settings. For this reason, when ordering online The Bridal Run strongly recommends that customers purchase swatches before the final purchase of a product.
All sales are final.
Special orders are a final sale. There are no refunds, no cancellation, and no returns.
The Bridal Run ships to all 50 States and Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are included. Orders originating from U.S. territories addresses will be shipped by USPS.
USPS does not make deliveries on the weekend and all major United States national holidays.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 5-7 business days for ground shipments to arrive. All applicable shipping charges will be added to your invoice. In the event that we cannot ship your complete order, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone.
Undeliverable packages are subject to $25.00 redelivery fee. Thebridalrun.com is not responsible for weather-related delays.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
STANDARD ORDERS / RETURN POLICYWe accept returns on online non custom orders within 3 days of the delivery date (unless faulty, tags are missing, damaged, or used).
All standard, non-custom made orders can be returned for store credit, or an exchange. Store credit is valid for 3 months and must be used in full on your next order with The Bridal Run. This credit is not redeemable for cash or transferable and any unused credit will become invalid after use or upon expiry unless otherwise stated. All exchanges and orders placed with store credit are final.
This excludes made to order items such as custom dress collections and lingerie which can only be returned for a 50% restock fee:
CUSTOM ORDERSBecause each gown ( with the exception of sample gowns) is made for the bride who orders it, custom order may be returned for a 50% restock fee within 3 days of receiving your order (unless faulty, damaged, or used).
Please note that, the following items will not be exchanged or refunded:
1 - items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original condition;
2 - sale items, items marked for final sale and underwear including Panties & Bodysuits for hygiene reasons.
Our orders are automatically processed so we regret that we are able to make changes only within 24 hours of order placement, you must contact us by email. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hour grace period . Please refer to our returns policy on our website.
All our dresses are checked and photographed by our quality control team before they are dispatched. However, if your dress arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately and we will resolve this for you promptly!

To make a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . In order to return an item the following must apply:
1. Your order was delivered within the last three days. 2. Your item has all tags attached and is in its original, resell-able condition.
Please include your order number, return item and reason for return and we will respond with a Return Form and Return Number. Thank you!
